Join us for a meaningful outdoor adventure — a charity hike supporting Dim Metelykiv, a children’s hospice in Ukraine run by Misto Dobra/City of Goodness.

This year, we’re excited to explore a hidden gem: the stunning Cascade Falls trail.

The hike concludes with breathtaking views of Bow Valley and the majestic Cascade Waterfall

at the base of Cascade Mountain — one of the Rockies’ most iconic peaks.

We’ll begin with a group stretch and end with a refreshing drink and friendly conversation.
